Terms of Use

Story Checker scans courses built in Articulate Storyline 360 and produces a report of findings: things that may be broken, missing, or deviate from the course's own norm.

• Use the service to check courses you have the right to check.
• Do not try to bypass security, permissions or rate limits, or access data of a workspace you are not a member of.
• Do not upload malicious code or content meant to harm the service, its servers or other users.
• Do not load the service automatically beyond normal use.

We may suspend access that breaches these terms.

The courses you upload remain yours. You are responsible for having the rights or permissions to upload and check them, including content belonging to clients or third parties.

Our licence is limited to what is needed to run the scan and show you the report. We do not use your courses for any other purpose.

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Automated checking can miss bugs and can report things that are not bugs. The report is an aid, not a certification that a course works; what to fix and what to publish is your decision.

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, including damage from a bug the scan did not find.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes with every update, and we will give notice of a material change in advance. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Israel have exclusive jurisdiction.
